| 2 tablespoons | oil |
| 1 teaspoon | mustard seeds |
| 1 teaspoon | fenugreek seeds |
| 2 cups | water |
| 1 cup | raw mango, diced |
| 1 cup | grated coconut |
| 3 tablespoons | jaggery |
| 1 teaspoon | turmeric powder |
| 2 teaspoons | red chili powder |
| Salt | to taste |
Instructions
- 1 Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Allow them to splutter.
- 2 Add fenugreek seeds and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- 3 Pour in the water and bring it to a boil.
- 4 Add the diced raw mango, grated coconut, jaggery, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
- 5 Stir well and let the mixture simmer until the mangoes are cooked and the flavors meld together.
- 6 Adjust the seasoning as needed and serve hot.

Use semi-ripe mangoes for a balanced tangy-sweet flavor.
