Avieel is a food discovery platform. You may use it to browse meal combination suggestions, save favourites, and set preferences. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the service.
  • Scrape or systematically extract content from the platform without written permission.
  • Create accounts using automated means.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Content

All dish descriptions, images, cuisine information, and pairing recommendations on Avieel are provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is complete or up to date.

Food images are used for illustration. Actual dish appearances may vary.

5. Dietary information

Avieel provides vegetarian and dietary filters as a convenience. These are based on user-entered data and admin curation, and should not be relied upon as a guarantee. Always verify ingredients with the restaurant or preparation source if you have allergies or strict dietary requirements.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Avieel available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the service for maintenance or other operational reasons without prior notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avieel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to terms

We may revise these terms at any time. We will update the date above and, for material changes, notify registered users by email. Continued use of Avieel after changes constitutes acceptance.
