| 2 | green chilies, finely chopped |
| 2 tablespoons | mustard oil |
| 1 tablespoon | fresh coriander leaves, chopped |

Instructions
- 1 Boil the potatoes until they are tender and can be easily pierced with a fork.
- 2 Peel the boiled potatoes and place them in a mixing bowl.
- 3 Mash the potatoes using a fork or a potato masher, leaving some small chunks for texture.
- 4 Add the chopped onion, green chilies, mustard oil, and salt to the mashed potatoes.
- 5 Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- 6 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
Tips
For a smokier flavor, roast the green chilies before adding them to the mix.
