Ingredients

3 medium potatoes
1 onion, finely chopped
2 green chilies, finely chopped
2 tablespoons mustard oil
1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, chopped
salt to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Boil the potatoes until they are tender and can be easily pierced with a fork.
  2. 2 Peel the boiled potatoes and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. 3 Mash the potatoes using a fork or a potato masher, leaving some small chunks for texture.
  4. 4 Add the chopped onion, green chilies, mustard oil, and salt to the mashed potatoes.
  5. 5 Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  6. 6 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.

Tips

For a smokier flavor, roast the green chilies before adding them to the mix.
