| 1 cup | wheat flour |
| 1 cup | water |
| 200 grams | chicken, cut into pieces |
| 1 medium | onion, sliced |
| 2 cloves | garlic, minced |
| 1 inch | ginger, minced |
| 1 medium | tomato, chopped |
| 1 cup | mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, cabbage), chopped |
| 1 teaspoon | soy sauce |

- 4 Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.
- 5 Stir in the chopped tomato and cook until it softens.
- 6 Add the mixed vegetables and sauté for a few minutes.
- 7 Pour in 4 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
- 8 Add the homemade noodles, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
- 9 Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the noodles and vegetables are cooked through.
- 10 Adjust seasoning if necessary and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.

For a vegetarian version, replace chicken with tofu or paneer.
