Ingredients

Flour 1 cup Flour
water 1 cup Water
Chicken 200 grams Chicken , cut into pieces
Onion 1 medium Onion , sliced
Garlic 2 cloves Garlic , minced
Ginger 1 inch Ginger , minced
Tomato 1 medium Tomato , chopped
Mixed Vegetable 1 cup Mixed Vegetable , chopped (carrot, beans, cabbage)
soy sauce 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
salt 1 teaspoon Salt
Black Pepper 1 teaspoon Black Pepper , to taste
oil 1 tablespoon Oil

Instructions

  1. 1 In a bowl, mix the wheat flour with water to form a smooth dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. 2 Roll the dough into thin sheets and cut into strips to make homemade noodles.
  3. 3 Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add sliced onions, minced garlic, and ginger, and sauté until the onions are translucent.
  4. 4 Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.
  5. 5 Stir in the chopped tomato and cook until it softens.
  6. 6 Add the mixed vegetables and sauté for a few minutes.
  7. 7 Pour in 4 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
  8. 8 Add the homemade noodles, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  9. 9 Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the noodles and vegetables are cooked through.
  10. 10 Adjust seasoning if necessary and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.

Tips

For a vegetarian version, replace chicken with tofu or paneer.
