| 1 tablespoon | Assam tea leaves |
| 2 | green cardamom pods |
| 1 inch | cinnamon stick |
| 2 | cloves |
| 2 tablespoons | milk |
| 2 teaspoons | sugar |
Instructions
- 1 Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
- 2 Add Assam tea leaves, cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, and cloves to the boiling water.
- 3 Let the mixture simmer for 3-4 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
- 4 Add milk to the saucepan and bring the mixture back to a boil.
- 5 Stir in sugar and let it dissolve completely.
- 6 Strain the tea into cups using a fine mesh strainer.
- 7 Serve hot and enjoy.
