Ingredients

2 cups water
1 tablespoon Assam tea leaves
2 green cardamom pods
1 inch cinnamon stick
2 cloves
2 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons sugar

Instructions

  1. 1 Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. 2 Add Assam tea leaves, cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, and cloves to the boiling water.
  3. 3 Let the mixture simmer for 3-4 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
  4. 4 Add milk to the saucepan and bring the mixture back to a boil.
  5. 5 Stir in sugar and let it dissolve completely.
  6. 6 Strain the tea into cups using a fine mesh strainer.
  7. 7 Serve hot and enjoy.
