Ingredients
| 2 medium | red onions |
| 1 medium | lime |
| 1 tablespoon | fresh coriander leaves |
| 1 teaspoon | red chili powder |
| 1 teaspoon | chaat masala |

Instructions
- 1 Peel and thinly slice the red onions.
- 2 Place the sliced onions in a bowl of cold water and let them sit for 10 minutes to reduce their pungency.
- 3 Drain the water and pat the onions dry with a paper towel.
- 4 Finely chop the fresh coriander leaves.
- 5 Cut the lime into wedges.
- 6 In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced onions, red chili powder, chaat masala, and salt.
- 7 Squeeze the juice of half a lime over the onion mixture and toss well to combine.
- 8 Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- 9 Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
