Ingredients
| 1 | baguette |
| 100 grams | paneer |
| 1 | tomato |
| 1 | cucumber |
| 1 | small onion |
| 2 tablespoons | mint chutney |
| 2 tablespoons | butter |
| 1 teaspoon | black pepper |
| — | salt to taste |
| 1 tablespoon | olive oil |
Instructions
- 1 Slice the baguette horizontally and apply butter on the inner sides.
- 2 Cut the paneer into thin slices and season with salt and black pepper.
- 3 Heat olive oil in a pan and lightly fry the paneer slices until golden brown.
- 4 Slice the tomato, cucumber, and onion into thin rounds.
- 5 Spread mint chutney on one side of the buttered baguette.
- 6 Layer the fried paneer, tomato, cucumber, and onion slices on the chutney side.
- 7 Close the sandwich with the other half of the baguette.
- 8 Press gently and cut into desired portions before serving.
Tips
For a spicier kick, add a few slices of green chili.
