| 1 cup | rice flour |
| 1 teaspoon | red chili powder |
| 1/2 teaspoon | turmeric powder |
| 1 teaspoon | salt |
| 2 tablespoons | semolina |
| 2 tablespoons | oil for shallow frying |
Instructions
- 1 Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick.
- 2 In a bowl, mix rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
- 3 Coat each potato slice in the rice flour mixture.
- 4 Sprinkle semolina over the coated potato slices for extra crispiness.
- 5 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 6 Shallow fry the potato slices until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- 7 Remove from the pan and drain excess oil on paper towels.
- 8 Serve hot as a side dish or snack.
