Ingredients

2 pounds pork ribs
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. 2 In a small bowl, mix together paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, ground black pepper, and salt.
  3. 3 Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the pork ribs.
  4. 4 Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. 5 Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
  6. 6 Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap the foil.
  7. 7 Brush the ribs generously with barbecue sauce.
  8. 8 Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  9. 9 Grill the ribs for about 5-10 minutes, basting with more barbecue sauce and turning occasionally, until the sauce is caramelized.
  10. 10 Remove from the grill, let rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.

Tips

For an extra smoky flavor, add a handful of soaked wood chips to the grill.
