Ingredients
| 250 grams | beef lung |
| 1 medium | onion, finely chopped |
| 2 cloves | garlic, minced |
| 1 inch | ginger, minced |
| 2 tablespoons | mustard oil |
| 1 teaspoon | turmeric powder |
| 1 teaspoon | red chili powder |
| 1 teaspoon | salt |
| 1 cup | water |
| 1 bunch | coriander leaves, chopped |
Instructions
- 1 Clean the beef lung thoroughly under running water.
- 2 Cut the beef lung into small bite-sized pieces.
- 3 Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 4 Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
- 5 Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
- 6 Add the beef lung pieces to the pan and stir well.
- 7 Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt over the beef lung.
- 8 Stir to coat the lung pieces evenly with the spices.
- 9 Pour in water and bring to a gentle boil.
- 10 Cover the pan and let it simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes or until the lung is tender.
- 11 Remove the lid and cook for an additional 5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- 12 Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.

Adjust the chili powder according to your spice preference. Serve with steamed rice for a complete meal.
