Ingredients
| 1 cup | besan (gram flour) |
| 1/2 cup | ghee |
| 3/4 cup | powdered sugar |
| 1/4 teaspoon | cardamom powder |
| 2 tablespoons | chopped almonds |
| 2 tablespoons | chopped cashews |
| 1 tablespoon | raisins |
Instructions
- 1 Heat the ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan on a low flame.
- 2 Add the besan to the ghee and roast it on low flame, stirring continuously to avoid burning.
- 3 Continue roasting until the besan turns golden brown and emits a nutty aroma, about 15-20 minutes.
- 4 Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
- 5 Once the mixture is warm, add the powdered sugar and cardamom powder, and mix well.
- 6 Add the chopped almonds, cashews, and raisins to the mixture and combine thoroughly.
- 7 Shape the mixture into small, round laddus using your palms.
- 8 Allow the laddus to cool completely before serving or storing.
