Ingredients
| 1 cup | wheat flour |
| 1 cup | jaggery |
| 1 cup | water |
| 2 tablespoons | ghee |
| 1/4 teaspoon | cardamom powder |

Instructions
- 1 In a pan, add water and jaggery. Heat until the jaggery dissolves completely, then strain to remove impurities.
- 2 In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, cardamom powder, and a pinch of salt.
- 3 Gradually add the jaggery syrup to the flour mixture, stirring continuously to form a smooth batter.
- 4 Heat ghee in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 5 Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan and spread it evenly to form a thin pancake.
- 6 Cook on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
- 7 Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more ghee as needed.
