Ingredients

Goat Liver 250 grams Goat Liver , cleaned and cut into small pieces
oil 2 tablespoons Oil
Onion 1 medium Onion , finely chopped
ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
Tomato 1 medium Tomato , finely chopped
red chili powder 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
turmeric powder 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
Cumin 0.5 teaspoon Cumin , powder
coriander powder 0.5 teaspoon Coriander powder
garam masala 0.5 teaspoon Garam masala
salt Salt , to taste
Cilantro 2 tablespoons Cilantro , chopped

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2 Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  3. 3 Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute until the raw smell disappears.
  4. 4 Add the chopped tomato and cook until it becomes soft and mushy.
  5. 5 Stir in the red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6 Add the goat liver pieces and mix well to coat them with the spice mixture.
  7. 7 Cover the pan and cook on low heat for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liver is cooked through.
  8. 8 Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  9. 9 Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
