250 grams | Goat Liver , cleaned and cut into small pieces |

2 tablespoons | Oil |

1 medium | Onion , finely chopped |

1 teaspoon | Ginger-garlic paste |

1 medium | Tomato , finely chopped |

1 teaspoon | Red chili powder |
|
0.5 teaspoon | Turmeric powder |

0.5 teaspoon | Cumin , powder |
|
0.5 teaspoon | Coriander powder |
|
0.5 teaspoon | Garam masala |

2 tablespoons | Cilantro , chopped |
Instructions
- 1 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 2 Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- 3 Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute until the raw smell disappears.
- 4 Add the chopped tomato and cook until it becomes soft and mushy.
- 5 Stir in the red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- 6 Add the goat liver pieces and mix well to coat them with the spice mixture.
- 7 Cover the pan and cook on low heat for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liver is cooked through.
- 8 Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- 9 Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.

Ensure the liver is not overcooked to maintain its tenderness.
