Ingredients
| 2 cups | milk |
| 1 cup | sweetened condensed milk |
| 1 cup | red bean paste |
| 1 cup | fresh fruit, diced (e.g., strawberries, kiwi, mango) |
| 1/2 cup | mochi pieces |
| 1/4 cup | sweetened condensed milk (for drizzling) |
| 1/4 cup | toasted almond slices |
| 1/4 cup | chocolate syrup |
| — | ice (enough to fill the ice shaver) |
Instructions
- 1 Freeze the milk and sweetened condensed milk mixture in an ice cube tray until solid.
- 2 Once frozen, shave the ice cubes using an ice shaver or a blender until fine and fluffy.
- 3 Divide the shaved ice into two or three bowls.
- 4 Top each bowl with a generous amount of red bean paste.
- 5 Add the diced fresh fruit and mochi pieces on top of the shaved ice.
- 6 Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the toppings.
- 7 Sprinkle toasted almond slices over the bingsu.
- 8 Finish with a drizzle of chocolate syrup for added sweetness.
Tips
For a creamier texture, use a higher ratio of sweetened condensed milk to regular milk when making the ice cubes.
