| 1 cup | hot sauce |
| 0.5 cup | unsalted butter |

Instructions
- 1 In a large bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 2 Coat the chicken wings in the flour mixture, ensuring they are evenly covered.
- 3 Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
- 4 Fry the wings in batches for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- 5 Remove the wings from the oil and drain on paper towels.
- 6 In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and stir in the hot sauce until well combined.
- 7 Place the fried wings in a large bowl and pour the hot sauce mixture over them.
- 8 Toss the wings in the sauce until they are well coated.
- 9 Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce and celery sticks.
Tips
For extra crispy wings, let the coated wings rest for 15 minutes before frying.
