Ingredients
| 2 | large flour tortillas |
| 1 cup | cooked and seasoned ground beef |
| 1 cup | cooked black beans |
| 1 cup | shredded cheddar cheese |
| 1 cup | salsa |
| 1 cup | chopped lettuce |
| 1 | avocado, sliced |
| 1 | lime, cut into wedges |
| — | salt to taste |
| — | pepper to taste |
Instructions
- 1 Warm the flour tortillas on a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
- 2 Place the warmed tortilla on a flat surface and add a layer of cooked ground beef down the center.
- 3 Add a layer of black beans on top of the beef.
- 4 Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beans.
- 5 Add a spoonful of salsa over the cheese.
- 6 Top with chopped lettuce and sliced avocado.
- 7 Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 8 Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom to form a burrito.
- 9 Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas.
- 10 Serve with lime wedges on the side.
Tips
For a spicier kick, add jalapeños or hot sauce to the filling.
