Instructions
- 1 Wash and slice the tomatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
- 2 Slice the fresh mozzarella cheese into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
- 3 Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a platter, alternating between them.
- 4 Tuck fresh basil leaves between the slices of tomato and mozzarella.
