| 1 tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 3 | hamburger buns |
| 3 slices | cheddar cheese |

Instructions
- 1 In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until just combined.
- 2 Divide the mixture into 3 equal portions and shape each into a patty slightly larger than the buns.
- 3 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- 4 Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip.
- 5 Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese, cooking for another 3-4 minutes or until desired doneness.
- 6 Toast the hamburger buns lightly in the skillet or in a toaster.
- 7 Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by the cheese-covered patty, tomato slices, pickles, and any desired condiments such as ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise.
- 8 Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
Tips
For juicier burgers, avoid pressing down on the patties while cooking.
