Ingredients

Prawn 250 grams Prawn , fresh, cleaned and deveined
turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
red chili powder 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
black pepper powder 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
coriander powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
Fennel Seed 1 teaspoon Fennel Seed
ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
coconut oil 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
Curry Leaf 1 sprig Curry Leaf
salt Salt , to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 In a bowl, marinate the prawns with turmeric powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. 2 Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. 3 Add fennel seeds and curry leaves to the hot oil and sauté until aromatic.
  4. 4 Add the marinated prawns to the pan and stir well.
  5. 5 Cook the prawns on medium heat for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are cooked through and slightly crispy.
  6. 6 Remove from heat and serve hot.

Tips

For an authentic taste, use fresh coconut oil and adjust the spice levels according to your preference.
