Ingredients

1 cup | Whole wheat flour |

1 teaspoon | Salt |

1 tablespoon | Ghee |

Instructions
- 1 In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour and salt.
- 2 Gradually add water to the flour mixture, stirring continuously to form a smooth batter.
- 3 Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
- 4 Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
- 5 Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it thinly to form a crepe-like shape.
- 6 Cook until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- 7 Flip the Chilagi and cook the other side for another 2 minutes.
- 8 Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more oil as needed.
- 9 Once cooked, brush each Chilagi with a little ghee before serving.
