Ingredients

200 grams egg noodles
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup julienned carrots
1 cup sliced bell peppers
1 cup bean sprouts
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 green onion, chopped
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2 Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. 3 Add minced garlic and stir-fry for a few seconds until fragrant.
  4. 4 Add shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, and sliced bell peppers. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. 5 Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss well with the vegetables.
  6. 6 Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix everything thoroughly.
  7. 7 Add bean sprouts and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  8. 8 Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  9. 9 Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.

Tips

For added protein, include sliced chicken, beef, or tofu in the stir-fry.
