2 tablespoons | Vegetable oil |

1 cup | Cabbage , shredded |
|
1 cup | Carrot , julienned |
|
1 cup | Bell Pepper , sliced |

1 cup | Bean Sprout |
|
2 cloves | Garlic , minced |
|
1 tablespoon | Soy sauce |
|
1 tablespoon | Oyster sauce |
|
1 teaspoon | Sesame oil |
|
1 | Green Onion , chopped |
|
— | Salt , to taste |

— | Black Pepper , to taste |
Instructions
- 1 Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- 2 Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- 3 Add minced garlic and stir-fry for a few seconds until fragrant.
- 4 Add shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, and sliced bell peppers. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- 5 Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss well with the vegetables.
- 6 Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix everything thoroughly.
- 7 Add bean sprouts and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- 8 Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 9 Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
Tips
For added protein, include sliced chicken, beef, or tofu in the stir-fry.
