2 tablespoons | Fish sauce |

1 tablespoon | Vegetable oil |

1 tablespoon | Oyster sauce |

1 tablespoon | Soy sauce |
|
1 teaspoon | Black Pepper , to taste |

Instructions
- 1 Rinse the broken rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- 2 Cook the rice in a rice cooker with 1.5 cups of water until done.
- 3 In a bowl, mix fish sauce, sugar, garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and black pepper.
- 4 Marinate the pork chops in the sauce for at least 15 minutes.
- 5 Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 6 Cook the marinated pork chops for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- 7 In a small pan, heat pork fat or oil and add chopped scallions, cooking briefly until fragrant.
- 8 Serve the cooked broken rice on plates.
- 9 Top the rice with grilled pork chops, fried eggs, sliced cucumber, and tomato.
- 10 Drizzle scallion oil over the dish before serving.
