Ingredients

Rice 1 cup Rice , broken
fish sauce 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
sugar 1 tablespoon Sugar
vegetable oil 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Garlic 1 clove Garlic , minced
Pork Chop 2 pieces Pork Chop
oyster sauce 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
soy sauce 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
Black Pepper 1 teaspoon Black Pepper , to taste
sliced 1 cucumber Sliced

Instructions

  1. 1 Rinse the broken rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. 2 Cook the rice in a rice cooker with 1.5 cups of water until done.
  3. 3 In a bowl, mix fish sauce, sugar, garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and black pepper.
  4. 4 Marinate the pork chops in the sauce for at least 15 minutes.
  5. 5 Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. 6 Cook the marinated pork chops for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  7. 7 In a small pan, heat pork fat or oil and add chopped scallions, cooking briefly until fragrant.
  8. 8 Serve the cooked broken rice on plates.
  9. 9 Top the rice with grilled pork chops, fried eggs, sliced cucumber, and tomato.
  10. 10 Drizzle scallion oil over the dish before serving.
