Ingredients

3 ears corn on the cob
2 tablespoons butter
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  2. 2 While waiting for the water to boil, husk the corn and remove all silk threads.
  3. 3 Once the water is boiling, carefully add the corn to the pot.
  4. 4 Boil the corn for 5-7 minutes until the kernels are tender.
  5. 5 Remove the corn from the pot using tongs and let them cool slightly.
  6. 6 Spread butter evenly over the hot corn.
  7. 7 Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Tips
