1 cup | Flattened Rice |

1 cup | Yogurt |
|
2 tablespoons | Sugar |
|
1 pinch | Salt |
|
1 tablespoon | Milk , full-fat |
|
2 tablespoons | Pomegranate Seed |
|
2 tablespoons | Banana , chopped |
|
2 tablespoons | Apple , chopped |
|
1 tablespoon | Nut , chopped (optional) |
Instructions
- 1 Rinse the chira (flattened rice) under cold water until clean.
- 2 Soak the chira in water for 5 minutes, then drain completely.
- 3 In a mixing bowl, whisk the curd until smooth.
- 4 Add sugar, a pinch of salt, and milk to the curd and mix well.
- 5 Combine the soaked chira with the curd mixture and mix until the chira is well-coated.
- 6 Gently fold in the pomegranate seeds, chopped banana, and chopped apple.
- 7 Garnish with chopped nuts if desired.
- 8 Serve immediately or chill for a few minutes before serving.
Tips
For a richer taste, use full-fat curd and add a dash of honey.
