3 ears of corn, husked
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
salt to taste
lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  2. 2 Grill the corn, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
