1 tablespoon | Ginger-garlic paste |

1 teaspoon | Turmeric powder |
|
1 teaspoon | Red chili powder |
|
1 teaspoon | Cumin , powder |
|
1 teaspoon | Coriander powder |
|
1 teaspoon | Salt , to taste |

2 tablespoons | Mustard oil |

1 medium | Onion , finely chopped |
|
2 medium | Tomato , chopped |
|
2 pieces | Green Chili , slit |
|
1 tablespoon | Cilantro , chopped |
Instructions
- 1 Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
- 2 In a bowl, mix the pork with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
- 3 Let the pork marinate for 15 minutes.
- 4 Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 5 Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 6 Add the marinated pork and sauté for about 5 minutes.
- 7 Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies to the pan.
- 8 Pour in 1 cup of water and bring to a boil.
- 9 Lower the heat, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 30 minutes or until the pork is tender.
- 10 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
