Ingredients
| 6 | lamb chops |
| 3 tablespoons | olive oil |
| 2 cloves | garlic, minced |
| 1 tablespoon | fresh rosemary, chopped |
| 1 tablespoon | fresh oregano, chopped |
| 1 teaspoon | lemon zest |
| 1 | lemon, juiced |
| — | salt to taste |
| — | black pepper to taste |
Instructions
- 1 In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, oregano, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 2 Add the lamb chops to the marinade and coat them evenly.
- 3 Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- 4 Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- 5 Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and let them come to room temperature.
- 6 Grill the lamb chops for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
- 7 Let the lamb chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
Tips
For a more intense flavor, marinate the lamb chops overnight.
