Ingredients

6 lamb chops
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 lemon, juiced
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, oregano, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2 Add the lamb chops to the marinade and coat them evenly.
  3. 3 Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  4. 4 Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. 5 Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and let them come to room temperature.
  6. 6 Grill the lamb chops for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
  7. 7 Let the lamb chops rest for a few minutes before serving.

Tips

For a more intense flavor, marinate the lamb chops overnight.
