Ingredients

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 medium cucumber, diced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup kalamata olives, pitted
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and kalamata olives.
  2. 2 Add the crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
  3. 3 In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and dried oregano.
