1 teaspoon | Cumin , ground |

1 teaspoon | Coriander , ground |

1 teaspoon | Paprika |
|
1 teaspoon | Salt |

1/2 teaspoon | Black Pepper , to taste |

3 | Pitum Bread |
|
1 cup | Tzatziki sauce |
|
1 | Tomato , sliced |
|
1/2 | Red Onion , thinly sliced |

1/2 cup | Lettuce , shredded |
Instructions
- 1 Cut the pork tenderloin into thin strips.
- 2 In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- 3 Add the pork strips to the marinade and mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- 4 Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- 5 Cook the marinated pork strips on the grill pan until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- 6 Warm the pita breads on the grill for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- 7 To assemble, spread tzatziki sauce on each pita, add cooked pork, tomato slices, red onion, and shredded lettuce.
- 8 Fold the pita around the filling and serve immediately.
Tips
For a more authentic taste, let the pork marinate overnight.
