Ingredients
| 1 cup | whole wheat flour |
| 1 cup | water |
| 1/4 teaspoon | salt |
| 1 tablespoon | ghee |

Instructions
- 1 In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and salt.
- 2 Gradually add water to the flour mixture, stirring continuously to form a smooth batter.
- 3 Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
- 4 Once the ghee is hot, pour a ladleful of batter into the pan, spreading it evenly to form a thin pancake.
- 5 Cook the pancake until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown.
- 6 Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown.
- 7 Remove the pancake from the pan and place it on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
- 8 Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
- 9 Serve the Holkur warm as a snack or accompaniment to a meal.
