| 1 baguette | fresh baguette |
| 2 tablespoons | extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 clove | garlic |
| 2 medium | ripe tomatoes |

Instructions
- 1 Slice the baguette into thin slices and toast them lightly until golden brown.
- 2 Cut the garlic clove in half and rub the cut side on the toasted baguette slices for a hint of garlic flavor.
- 3 Grate the ripe tomatoes into a bowl, discarding the skins.
- 4 Add a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to the grated tomatoes, mixing well.
- 5 Spoon the tomato mixture generously onto each toasted baguette slice.
- 6 Place thin slices of Jamón Ibérico on top of the tomato-covered baguette slices.
