Ingredients

100 grams Jamón Ibérico
1 baguette fresh baguette
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic
2 medium ripe tomatoes
salt to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Slice the baguette into thin slices and toast them lightly until golden brown.
  2. 2 Cut the garlic clove in half and rub the cut side on the toasted baguette slices for a hint of garlic flavor.
  3. 3 Grate the ripe tomatoes into a bowl, discarding the skins.
  4. 4 Add a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to the grated tomatoes, mixing well.
  5. 5 Spoon the tomato mixture generously onto each toasted baguette slice.
  6. 6 Place thin slices of Jamón Ibérico on top of the tomato-covered baguette slices.
