| 2 tablespoons | ghee |
| 1 teaspoon | cumin seeds |
| 1 teaspoon | ginger |
| 2 | green chilies |
| 1 teaspoon | turmeric powder |
| 1 teaspoon | red chili powder |
| 1 teaspoon | amchur powder |
| 1 teaspoon | coriander powder |
| 1 tablespoon | fresh coriander leaves |
| — | salt to taste |
Instructions
- 1 Boil the potatoes until tender, peel them, and cut into cubes.
- 2 Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
- 3 Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- 4 Add grated ginger and slit green chilies, sauté for a minute.
- 5 Add the boiled potato cubes and stir well.
- 6 Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, amchur powder, coriander powder, and salt.
- 7 Mix everything gently, ensuring the potatoes are well coated with spices.
- 8 Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 9 Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
Tips
For a tangy twist, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
