1 cup cabbage, finely shredded
1 cup carrot, grated
1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon mustard oil
1 teaspoon green chili, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, chopped
0.5 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. 1 In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and sliced cucumber.
  2. 2 In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, mustard oil, chopped green chili, salt, and sugar until well combined.
