1 cup curd (yogurt)
1 cup jaggery, grated
1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. 1 Rinse the flattened rice gently in water and drain it well.
  2. 2 In a bowl, mix the rinsed flattened rice with curd and a pinch of salt.
  3. 3 In a small pan, heat ghee and roast the assorted nuts and raisins until golden brown.
  4. 4 Add the roasted nuts and raisins to the flattened rice and curd mixture.
  5. 5 In another bowl, mix milk with grated jaggery and sugar, stirring until dissolved.
  6. 6 Serve the flattened rice mixture with the sweetened milk on the side or poured over.

Tips

Use fresh curd for a tangy flavor and adjust sweetness by varying jaggery and sugar.
