| 1 teaspoon | turmeric powder |
| 1 teaspoon | red chili powder |
| 1 teaspoon | cumin powder |
| 1 teaspoon | coriander powder |
| 1 teaspoon | salt |
| 3 tablespoons | mustard oil |
| 1 pinch | asafoetida |
| 1 teaspoon | panch phoron |
| 1 tablespoon | fresh coriander leaves, chopped |
Instructions
- 1 Peel the raw bananas and slice them into thin rounds.
- 2 In a bowl, mix turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
- 3 Add the banana slices to the spice mixture and coat them evenly.
- 4 Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 5 Add a pinch of asafoetida and panch phoron to the hot oil and let them splutter.
- 6 Add the spiced banana slices to the pan and spread them in a single layer.
- 7 Fry the banana slices on medium heat until they turn golden brown on both sides, flipping occasionally.
- 8 Once done, remove from heat and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- 9 Serve hot as a side dish with rice or roti.

Ensure the banana slices are evenly coated with spices for a uniform taste.
