| 0.5 teaspoon | ground cinnamon |
| 0.5 teaspoon | ground black pepper |

Instructions
- 1 In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped onion, parsley, and all the spices.
- 2 Mix the ingredients thoroughly using your hands until well combined.
- 3 Shape the mixture into small, oval-shaped patties or logs.
- 4 Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 5 Place the kafta patties into the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through.
- 6 Remove from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Tips
For a smoky flavor, grill the kafta over charcoal instead of cooking in a skillet.
