Instructions

  1. 1 In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped onion, parsley, and all the spices.
  2. 2 Mix the ingredients thoroughly using your hands until well combined.
  3. 3 Shape the mixture into small, oval-shaped patties or logs.
  4. 4 Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. 5 Place the kafta patties into the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through.

Tips

For a smoky flavor, grill the kafta over charcoal instead of cooking in a skillet.
