Ingredients
| 2 cups | water |
| 2 tablespoons | black tea leaves |
| 4 tablespoons | sugar |
| 4 pods | cardamom, crushed |
| 1 cup | evaporated milk |
Instructions
- 1 Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.
- 2 Add the black tea leaves, sugar, and crushed cardamom pods to the boiling water.
- 3 Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes.
- 4 Add the evaporated milk to the saucepan and stir well.
- 5 Allow the mixture to simmer for another 5 minutes, ensuring it does not boil over.
- 6 Strain the tea into cups and serve hot.
Tips
Adjust the sugar and cardamom to your taste preference. For a richer flavor, simmer the tea longer.
