| 1 tsp | red chili powder |
| 1/2 tsp | turmeric powder |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 cup | rice flour |
| 1/2 cup | semolina (rava) |

Instructions
- 1 Peel the raw bananas and cut them into thin slices, about 1/4 inch thick.
- 2 In a bowl, mix red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
- 3 Rub the spice mixture evenly over the banana slices.
- 4 In a separate bowl, mix rice flour and semolina.
- 5 Coat each banana slice with the rice flour and semolina mixture, ensuring an even coating.
- 6 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat for shallow frying.
- 7 Once the oil is hot, place the coated banana slices in the pan.
- 8 Fry the slices until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- 9 Remove the fried banana slices and drain excess oil on paper towels.
- 10 Serve hot as a side dish or snack.
