2 raw bananas (medium-sized)
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup rice flour
1/2 cup semolina (rava)
oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. 1 Peel the raw bananas and cut them into thin slices, about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. 2 In a bowl, mix red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
  3. 3 Rub the spice mixture evenly over the banana slices.
  4. 4 In a separate bowl, mix rice flour and semolina.
  5. 5 Coat each banana slice with the rice flour and semolina mixture, ensuring an even coating.
  6. 6 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat for shallow frying.
  7. 7 Once the oil is hot, place the coated banana slices in the pan.
  8. 8 Fry the slices until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  9. 9 Remove the fried banana slices and drain excess oil on paper towels.
