Ingredients

3 cups ripe mango pulp
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/4 teaspoon saffron strands
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. 1 In a large mixing bowl, combine the ripe mango pulp and water.
  2. 2 Add sugar to the mixture and stir until it dissolves completely.
  3. 3 Sprinkle in the cardamom powder and mix well.
  4. 4 Add saffron strands and salt, then stir to combine all the ingredients.
  5. 5 Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. 6 Serve cold as a refreshing drink or dessert.

Tips

For a richer flavor, use Alphonso mangoes if available.
