Ingredients
| 3 cups | ripe mango pulp |
| 1 cup | water |
| 1/2 cup | sugar |
| 1/4 teaspoon | cardamom powder |
| 1/4 teaspoon | saffron strands |
| 1/4 teaspoon | salt |
Instructions
- 1 In a large mixing bowl, combine the ripe mango pulp and water.
- 2 Add sugar to the mixture and stir until it dissolves completely.
- 3 Sprinkle in the cardamom powder and mix well.
- 4 Add saffron strands and salt, then stir to combine all the ingredients.
- 5 Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- 6 Serve cold as a refreshing drink or dessert.
Tips
For a richer flavor, use Alphonso mangoes if available.
