Ingredients

| 10 cloves | garlic |
| 1 inch | ginger |
| 1 tablespoon | peanuts |
| 1 tablespoon | coriander seeds |
| 1 teaspoon | cumin seeds |
| 1 teaspoon | oil |
| — | salt to taste |
Instructions
- 1 Roast the peanuts, coriander seeds, and cumin seeds in a pan until they are aromatic.
- 2 Allow the roasted ingredients to cool slightly.
- 3 In a mortar and pestle, crush the garlic and ginger into a coarse paste.
- 4 Add the roasted peanuts, coriander seeds, and cumin seeds to the mortar and continue to crush until you have a coarse mixture.
- 5 Add the green chilies to the mixture and crush them together with the other ingredients.
- 6 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 7 Add the crushed mixture to the pan and sauté for a few minutes until the raw smell disappears.
- 8 Add salt to taste and mix well.
- 9 Remove from heat and let it cool before serving.

Adjust the number of green chilies according to your spice preference.
