Ingredients
| 1 cup | wheat flour |
| 1/2 cup | water |
| 1 cup | spinach leaves |
| 1 cup | radish leaves |
| 1 tablespoon | mustard oil |
| 1 teaspoon | cumin seeds |
| 1 teaspoon | salt |
| 1 teaspoon | turmeric powder |
| 1 teaspoon | red chili powder |
| 1 teaspoon | ginger-garlic paste |
| — | salt to taste |
Instructions
- 1 In a bowl, mix wheat flour with water to form a soft dough.
- 2 Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 3 Chop the spinach and radish leaves finely.
- 4 Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 5 Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- 6 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- 7 Add chopped spinach and radish leaves to the pan.
- 8 Season with salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder.
- 9 Cook until the greens are wilted and tender.
- 10 Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into thin circles.
- 11 Place a portion of the cooked greens in the center of each circle.
- 12 Fold the edges over the filling to form a dumpling shape.
- 13 Steam the dumplings for about 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
Tips
Serve with a side of yogurt or chutney for added flavor.
