turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder

Bamboo Skewer 1 Bamboo Skewer , soaked in water
lime juice 2 tablespoons Lime juice
Banana Leaf 1 Banana Leaf

Instructions

  1. 1 Cut the pork belly into small cubes.
  2. 2 In a bowl, mix the pork cubes with mustard oil, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and lime juice.
  3. 3 Marinate the pork for at least 30 minutes.
  4. 4 Soak bamboo skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent burning.
  5. 5 Thread the marinated pork cubes onto the skewers.
  6. 6 Wrap the skewers with a banana leaf to enhance the flavor.
  7. 7 Grill the skewers over medium heat, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and slightly charred, about 20-25 minutes.
  8. 8 Serve hot with a side of chutney or steamed rice.
