2 tablespoons | Cashew Nut , chopped |

2 tablespoons | Raisin |

1 teaspoon | Sugar |
|
1/2 teaspoon | Cardamom , powder |
|
1/4 teaspoon | Salt |
|
1/2 cup | Flour |
|
1/4 cup | Semolina |
|
— | Oil , for deep frying |
Instructions
- 1 Peel and mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- 2 Add grated coconut, chopped cashew nuts, raisins, sugar, cardamom powder, and salt to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
- 3 Gradually add all-purpose flour and semolina to the banana mixture to form a dough-like consistency.
- 4 Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into round balls or koftas.
- 5 Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- 6 Once the oil is hot, carefully add the koftas in batches and fry until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- 7 Remove the koftas from the oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- 8 Serve hot as a snack or with a side of chutney.
