Ingredients

mutton mince 250 grams Mutton mince
oil 2 tablespoons Oil
Onion 1 medium Onion , finely chopped
ginger-garlic paste 2 teaspoons Ginger-garlic paste
Tomato 2 medium Tomato , finely chopped
red chili powder 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
coriander powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
garam masala 1 teaspoon Garam masala
water 1 cup Water
salt Salt , to taste
Cilantro 2 tablespoons Cilantro , chopped

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2 Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. 3 Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute until the raw smell disappears.
  4. 4 Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and oil starts to separate.
  5. 5 Mix in the red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
  6. 6 Add the mutton mince and cook on high heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring continuously until the mince changes color.
  7. 7 Pour in the water, cover the pan, and let it simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes or until the mutton is cooked through and tender.
  8. 8 Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  9. 9 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.

Tips

For a richer taste, add a spoonful of ghee while cooking the mutton mince.
