Ingredients
| 10-12 cloves | garlic |
| 2 tablespoons | red chili powder |
| 1 teaspoon | cumin seeds |
| 1 tablespoon | lemon juice |
| 1 tablespoon | oil |

Instructions
- 1 Peel the garlic cloves and set them aside.
- 2 In a mortar and pestle, crush the garlic cloves coarsely.
- 3 Add the red chili powder and cumin seeds to the crushed garlic and mix well.
- 4 Add lemon juice and salt to the mixture and combine thoroughly.
- 5 Heat oil in a small pan over medium heat.
- 6 Once the oil is hot, pour it over the garlic mixture and mix well.
- 7 Allow the chutney to rest for at least 10 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
