Ingredients
| 1/2 cup | garlic cloves, peeled |
| 1/4 cup | red chili powder |
| 2 tablespoons | peanuts, roasted |
| 1 teaspoon | cumin seeds |
| 1 teaspoon | salt |
| 1 tablespoon | oil |
| 1 tablespoon | lemon juice |
Instructions
- 1 In a blender, combine the garlic cloves, red chili powder, roasted peanuts, cumin seeds, and salt.
- 2 Blend the ingredients into a coarse paste.
- 3 Heat the oil in a small pan over medium heat.
- 4 Add the blended mixture to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.
- 5 Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
- 6 Once cooled, add the lemon juice and mix well.
- 7 Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl.
Tips
Adjust the amount of red chili powder to suit your spice preference.
