3/4 cup | Water , warm |

Instructions
- 1 In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast.
- 2 Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients.
- 3 Mix the ingredients together until a dough begins to form.
- 4 Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- 5 Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- 6 Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- 7 Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
- 8 On a floured surface, roll each ball into a thin circle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- 9 Place the rolled dough onto the hot skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown and puffed.
- 10 Repeat with the remaining dough portions.
- 11 Serve warm and enjoy with your favorite dips or toppings.
Tips
For a softer texture, cover the flatbreads with a clean towel as they come off the skillet to retain moisture.
