Ingredients
| 1 cup | mahua flowers |
| 4 cups | water |
| 2 tablespoons | jaggery |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| 1 teaspoon | lemon juice |

Instructions
- 1 Rinse the mahua flowers thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or impurities.
- 2 Soak the cleaned mahua flowers in 4 cups of water for about 12 hours or overnight.
- 3 After soaking, strain the liquid into a bowl using a fine mesh sieve or a muslin cloth, pressing the flowers to extract maximum juice.
- 4 Add jaggery to the strained liquid and stir until it is completely dissolved.
- 5 Add a pinch of salt and lemon juice to the mixture and stir well.
- 6 Chill the mahua juice in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or serve immediately over ice cubes.
Tips
Ensure the mahua flowers are fresh and aromatic for the best flavor. Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of jaggery.
