1 teaspoon | Mustard Seed |

1 cup | Onion , sliced |

1 tablespoon | Ginger-garlic paste |

2 | Green Chili , slit |
|
1 teaspoon | Turmeric powder |
|
2 teaspoons | Red chili powder |
|
1 teaspoon | Coriander powder |
|
1 teaspoon | Garam masala |
|
1 cup | Coconut , slices |
|
1 sprig | Curry Leaf |
|
1 tablespoon | Lemon juice |

Instructions
- 1 Heat coconut oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
- 2 Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 3 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
- 4 Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
- 5 Add the beef pieces and stir to coat with the spices.
- 6 Cover and cook on low heat until the beef is tender, stirring occasionally.
- 7 Add coconut slices, curry leaves, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
- 8 Finish with a drizzle of lemon juice before serving.
Tips
For an authentic taste, use freshly ground spices and fresh coconut slices.
