Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
2 eggs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup chocolate sprinkles
1/2 cup crushed peanuts

Instructions

  1. 1 In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. 2 Add the eggs, water, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, and whisk until smooth.
  3. 3 Cover the mixture and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
  4. 4 Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with a small amount of butter.
  5. 5 Pour half of the batter into the pan, spreading it evenly to form a thick pancake.
  6. 6 Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges start to dry, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. 7 Sprinkle chocolate sprinkles and crushed peanuts evenly over the surface.
  8. 8 Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the toppings.
  9. 9 Fold the pancake in half to form a half-moon shape and press gently.
  10. 10 Remove from the pan and repeat with the remaining batter.
